At Webáruház, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Webáruház account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack the Items

Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
